Make a competitive offer

Offer accepted!
Most often, the seller must respond to your offer 24 hours after it is submitted. The offer is deemed “accepted” once it is signed by the seller.
Congratulations! You’ve reached an important milestone but there are a few more steps to complete before the home is officially yours.

Appraisal & Loan Commitment
Lenders require an appraisal to ensure that the property's value is in line with the agreed-upon purchase price. The appraisal protects the lender from lending more money than the property is worth.
A loan commitment is a formal approval from the lender indicating that they are prepared to fund the buyer's mortgage. It signifies that the lender has reviewed the buyer's financial information, assessed the property, and is confident in the borrower's ability to repay
the loan.

At closing, ownership of the property is officially transferred from the to you
